The Emotion Code is one of the most powerful and effective ways to release inner blocks.
It’s an energy work method that works in person as well as remotely and uses muscle-testing and magnets to dissolve those blocks. It was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, an American chiropractor and holistic healer. Energetic blocks (or “trapped emotions”, as they are called in The Emotion Code), can contribute to emotional suffering, relationship problems, and even physical symptoms! By finding and releasing these disruptive energies, we activate our body’s power to heal itself.
The most important part of the Emotion Code is the ability to release someone’s Heart-Wall. A Heart-Wall is something most people have – a “wall” of energetic blocks around our heart that our body has built up as a result of negative experiences. It is supposed to protect our hearts from further injury, but of course it also makes us feel numb, makes it difficult to emotionally connect with others, and simply to be happy! Dr. Bradley Nelson discovered the Heart-Wall by accident, when working on his wife Jean with the Emotion Code:
“While Jean’s Heart-Wall protected her heart from damage and hurt, this protection came at a cost. Having a Heart-Wall left her feeling numb and somewhat isolated. She felt disconnected from others. She wanted to have close friends, and she tried many times, but something was always in the way. She was well-liked, but she found it hard to be at ease with people. She had many associations, but few close friends. In social gatherings, even with people she had known for many years, she invariably felt that she was on the outside looking in, and she was never able to feel like she truly belonged.
When the last trapped emotion was finally released, and her Heart-Wall was gone, there was a profound shift. “For the first time in my life, I’m not on the outside anymore,” she told me. “I’ve longed to feel this way my whole life. Now I know what it feels like to be part of a circle of friends, part of a group. It’s a very different feeling than I’ve ever had before, and it feels wonderful and right.” Since that day, these feeling have stayed with her, and have helped her to grow in many ways. We’ve since discovered that releasing someone’s Heart-Wall is often followed by a profound experience of connection with other people.
Much of our personal and spiritual growth comes out of our love and interaction with others. The more open our hearts are, the stronger will be our connection to one another. The more connected we are, the more we can give and receive love, and the stronger and richer our lives will become.”Dr. Bradley Nelson: The Emotion Code. Sessions can be done in person, but also remotely – for someone in the next room, but also on the other side of the world (which is what I do)! If you would like to learn more about this method, you can do so in Dr. Nelson’s book “The Emotion Code”, as well as on his website.
How does the Emotion Code work, exactly? What happens during an Emotion Code session?
